Link Love – Enjoying the Weekend

by Elle on March 21, 2010

Thank You!

This week has been incredible and I’m so grateful for EVERYONE that has selflessly promoted not only the netbook giveaway, but also my blog since it’s started 6 months ago.

I want to give a shout out to the Yakezie Group who not only tirelessly promoted the contest but participated and spread the word on my guest post on Problogger this week. The group has grown quite a bit and I’m trying to keep up with some of the wonderful new blogs I’m discovering.

I also want to say thank you tomy online buddies at the Moolanomy Forums who have taken the time to let other know about my site. They are some sweet bloggers who understand that blogging is a community effort!

Personal Finance Posts I Enjoyed

While keeping track of all the entries I also relaxed by checking out some posts this week from the personal finance community. Too many to mention here (check my daily reads on Twitter to see them all), so I just wanted to a highlight a few.

Enjoy the Weekend! Buy some Old Spice

I wanted to share a hilarious commercial. Maybe this will put a smile on your face today as you relax.

Take care this weekend!

Thanks for the mention Couple Money. Your Problogger post about your experience with the “31 Days to Better Blog” is great stuff for a newbie like myself, who has never heard of the 31 day challenge or Problogger:)

@Stay at Home Mom CFO: I’m glad you’ve discovered Problogger. I really enjoy visiting Darren’s site to some tips and tactics for building up my site. There are a lot of friendly bloggers in his community that are eager to help.

@Forest: A friend told us about the commercial this weekend and it just the right pick me up I needed. I agree that Jeff did a great job on his post. theory is nice, but you need action to be sucessful

Craig: Thanks for writing that great post. This week has been completely different for me and I’m curious to see how it goes when the contest is over :)

    Elle,

I really enjoyed the caption on your about page: “family first, then finances.” Awesome post on ProBlogger – I didn’t even know that resource existed!
