  1. I read that the foreclosures on banks’ books will not be cleaned up for at least 5 years and for some banks 10 years. It’s crazy.

  2. It’s good to know what to avoid! All three of these events are not only catestrophic financially – but it can really damage your self-worth and lead you to make bad decisions in the future. Thank you for the reminder!
